Level 3 Disposition Evaluation

Instructions

This instrument is designed to assess a teacher candidate’s dispositions (attitudes, values, and beliefs demonstrated through verbal and nonverbal behaviors). At Level 3 (60-hour field experience), this rubric is to be completed by the classroom teacher. Evidence for items on this rubric should be based upon the entire field experience semester, including the teacher candidate’s lesson planning and teaching in the classroom, interactions with students and school staff, conversations between the cooperating teacher and teacher candidate, observations of the teacher candidate, and others.
