Need a classroom meeting or event space outside of regularly scheduled classes?

Please use the form below to request to schedule a classroom in the Education Building. For best availability, submit your request as early as possible.

If you need a conference room and not a classroom, please reserve directly via Outlook instead of this form.

Additional Information

Once submitted, your request will be routed to the CEHD room scheduling team, who will secure your reservation in AdAstra, the university's classroom scheduling software. You will then receive a confirmation email from AdAstra with the date and time of the scheduled event.

• Important: AdAstra classroom reservations require at least 72 hours' notice. To ensure your request can be processed on time, please submit this form at least five business days before your event.
