The Lecture

Everyone is on their own life's journey of learning and discovery. For College faculty, years of academic learning, teaching students, traveling to professional conferences, and conducting research enable them to accumulate a unique body of knowledge and insights worth sharing.

The Lecture series features selected newly tenured or promoted faculty in the College of Education & Human Development who have accumulated such a body of work. Each lecturer will share their personal and professional learnings that have led them to this point in their career.

Upcoming Events

All events in The Lecture Series for the 2026-27 academic year will be held in Room 7 of UND's Education Building, starting at 3 p.m. Each event will feature a presentation and a moderated Q&A session, followed by a reception.
